What You’ll Do

In this role, you will: 

• Provide technical support to engineering and contractor customers using TRACE and other CDS tools. 

• Assist customers in understanding software capabilities and solving application challenges. 

• Support product development by sharing customer feedback and helping refine requirements. 

• Help train internal and external users on current and upcoming software features. 

• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. 

• Contribute to special projects that improve processes, tools, and team effectiveness. 

• Play a role in launching and supporting a new generation of TRACE software.

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated early-career engineers who are excited to learn and contribute. 

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field

Preferred

• Degree concentration in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering 

• 0–3 years of experience in: 

    o new product development 

    o contract engineering 

    o consulting 

    o MEP design 

    o building energy modeling

Skills That Will Help You Succeed 

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based tools 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• A customer-focused mindset 

• Interest in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement 

• Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools such as Revit

• Exposure to building energy modeling tools 

• Understanding of HVAC products and systems 

• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer 

• Interest in software development processes and Agile practices
