Delivery Operations Lead (Contractor) - Civil Engineering
What you will do:
We’re currently looking for a Delivery Operations Lead to help us run and scale projects that require civil engineering expertise. This role sits closer to the day-to-day operations of our AI projects, working directly with our project and delivery teams as well as the fellows completing the work.
As a Delivery Operations Lead, you would help:
- Manage project throughput, task queues, and fellow capacity
- Review fellow and AI-generated work for quality and provide feedback
- Support and communicate with fellows, including hosting office hours when needed
- Work with project leads to interpret evolving instructions and improve rubrics and evaluation methods
- Identify operational or quality issues early and help keep projects on track
- Help identify, interview, and onboard additional domain specialists as projects grow
Qualifications
We are looking for people with 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree or PHD in:
- Architecture
- Structural engineering
- Civil engineering (site, transportation, water, geotech)
- Construction (GC, project management, estimating, field)
- MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Another AEC discipline
- Previous experience in data annotation work, working as a project manager, pipeline moderator, operations
Details
- Recent experience — Currently working as a civil or structural engineer, or have worked in the field for more than 5 years
- Degree: MS or PhD in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
- Hourly rate: $60 - $80/hr
- Availability: 40 hours per week minimum
- Support CPT, but not H-1 B or STEM OPT
