Graduate Electrical Engineer | HPS Tech

HPS Tech is expanding into the US, anchored by a new California office serving dairy, food, and beverage manufacturers across the Central Valley. We're hiring a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the team delivering these projects end-to-end.

Location

Based out of Fresno, California, with project work across California's Central Valley. This role mixes office- and site-based work, with travel to customer sites as projects require.

The role.   How You Will Contribute

• Deliver control system design, PLC/HMI configuration, and commissioning support across live projects
• Work alongside senior and junior engineers as part of the delivery team
• Apply technical and problem-solving skills to help plan and execute controls scopes within larger projects
• Bring a safe, reliable approach on-site and with customers, including plant operators and site staff

What You Will Bring

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, on-site and with customers
• Basic controls/electrical engineering knowledge (PLC, HMI, or instrumentation exposure through coursework or internships is a plus)
• Ready to travel and work on-site as projects require
• Experience in Dairy, Food, or Beverage, or in a customer-facing role, is a genuine plus

Eligibility Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Legal right to work in the United States

This role evolves with our customers' needs. You'll see projects through from concept to completion, and play a direct role in HPS Tech's success and theirs.
