Graduate Project Engineer | Mechanical or Chemical

HPS Tech is expanding into the US, anchored by a new California office serving dairy, food, and beverage manufacturers across the Central Valley. We're hiring a Graduate Project Engineer to join the team delivering these projects end-to-end.

Location

Based out of Fresno, California, with project work across California's Central Valley. This role mixes office- and site-based work, with travel to customer sites as projects require.

The role.  How You Will Contribute

You will work closely with senior and graduate engineers across:

• Engineering and Process Design
• Process Modeling, Design & Calculations
• Equipment Quoting and Procurement Support
• Onsite Installation & Commissioning
• Engineering Studies & Technical Support

What You Will Bring

• A safe, reliable approach on-site and with customers, including plant operators and site staffComfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, on-site and with customers
• Basic process engineering knowledge
• Ready to travel and work on-site as projects require
• Experience in Dairy, Food, or Beverage, or in a customer-facing role, is a genuine plus

Eligibility Requirements

• A Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree
• Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Legal right to work in the United States

This role evolves with our customers' needs. You'll see projects through from concept to completion, and play a direct role in HPS Tech's success and theirs.
