In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across Eastman's Commercial Centers of Excellence, supporting initiatives that help drive business performance, customer value, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, uncover insights from data, and support the development of recommendations that enable informed decision-making across commercial functions.
Your team will provide the support you need to understand our business, tools, and processes while helping you build valuable analytical and professional skills. As you grow in this position, you can expect to gather and analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations. You will also have opportunities to present findings to senior leaders and collaborate with business partners to implement solutions that improve commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support key Commercial Centers of Excellence initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
Apply analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies to business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
Summarize findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
Assist in the execution of strategic projects that support commercial growth, profitability, and customer success.
Present project findings and recommendations to business and functional leaders.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a business bachelors or masters program from an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Demonstrated academic achievement and evidence of strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, statistical methods, or data visualization platforms is preferred.
Proven leadership experience through coursework, student organizations, internships, or other activities is a plus.
