About the Role

Bohler’s Melville, NY office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer, Wastewater who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. In this collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll work alongside engineers, designers, and project managers to bring complex land development and wastewater projects to life, developing technical and design expertise that will set the foundation for your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with team members on challenging land development and wastewater design projects in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Hone your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience
  • Assist with wastewater collection system design, pump station layouts, and utility coordination
  • Design site plans for recognizable brand-name clients across a wide range of industries
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path toward your professional goals

What You’ll Bring

  • 0–1 year of experience in civil engineering, wastewater, or related design work
  • The ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong work ethic
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus—if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it
  • Internship or prior exposure to wastewater treatment, collection systems, or pump station design preferred

 

Pay Transparency

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $74,000 – $93,000 per year.
