AI Agent Intern

Overview

 

We are seeking an AI Agent Intern to join our team and help develop intelligent AI-powered applications and agentic systems. You will work with modern AI models and software tools to build applications that can reason, interact with external tools, retrieve information, and automate complex tasks.

 

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and software engineering while working alongside experienced engineers and researchers.

 

Responsibilities

 

* Develop and test LLM-powered AI agents and applications.

* Build agent workflows involving tool use, planning, retrieval, and multi-step task execution.

* Integrate AI models and external APIs into software applications.

* Assist with developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines.

* Experiment with prompts, model configurations, tools, and agent architectures.

* Evaluate agent performance, accuracy, reliability, and response quality.

* Debug AI applications and improve system performance.

* Work with engineers and researchers to prototype and deploy new AI capabilities.

* Document experiments, implementations, and research findings.

 

Qualifications

 

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Proficiency in Python or another programming language.

* Basic understanding of machine learning and generative AI concepts.

* Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or AI application development.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

* Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.

* Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

* Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or prompt engineering.

* Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

* Experience building AI or software projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects.

* Knowledge of Git/GitHub and basic software engineering practices.
