We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals who want hands-on experience in financial services, client education, sales, and leadership development.
This is not a data analytics, software engineering, accounting, or back-office finance position. This is a people-focused opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating, building relationships, learning new skills, and helping families better understand their financial options.
No prior financial-services experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided as you work toward the licenses required for the financial products and services you become authorized to offer.
What You'll Learn & Do
As a Client Solutions Associate, you'll develop practical experience in areas including:
Connecting with individuals and families to identify financial needs and goals
Educating clients on fundamental financial concepts
Learning how life insurance and other financial products may fit a client's needs
Helping clients evaluate available financial solutions based on their individual situation
Developing communication, presentation, and client-service skills
Learning prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and relationship-building
Participating in structured training, coaching, and professional development
Working toward applicable state and/or securities licenses for products you may become eligible to offer
Developing leadership and business-development skills as you gain experience
Who We're Looking For
You do not need a finance degree or previous industry experience.
We're looking for individuals who are:
Ambitious, dependable, and willing to learn
Comfortable communicating with people
Interested in financial education, business, sales, or entrepreneurship
Coachable and willing to participate in training
Self-motivated and able to manage their time
Interested in developing professional and leadership skills
At least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Able to satisfy applicable licensing and background requirements
Students, recent graduates, career changers, and individuals from a variety of academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Training & Licensing
Selected candidates receive access to training and mentorship designed to help them understand the financial-services industry and prepare for applicable licensing requirements.
Depending on the products and services you pursue, state insurance and/or securities licensing may be required before conducting certain activities or receiving compensation related to those products.
Candidates must meet all applicable regulatory, licensing, appointment, and background requirements.
Opportunity Structure & Compensation
This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a traditional salaried or hourly employee position.
Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions on eligible business after applicable licensing, appointments, and other requirements have been satisfied. Compensation is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual activity, licensing, production, and other applicable factors.
Individuals may begin on a flexible schedule while completing training and licensing requirements.
As experience and licensing increase, there may be opportunities to expand into additional areas of financial services and leadership based on qualifications and performance.
Candidate Costs
Candidates should understand that there may be costs associated with beginning the licensing and onboarding process.
Current applicable onboarding costs include:
Background check/onboarding fee $99 (REIMBURSED)
Technology/software access fee $25
Additional state licensing, examination, fingerprinting, or regulatory fees may apply depending on the licenses pursued and the candidate's state.
Exact current fees and requirements will be reviewed with candidates before they make any commitment or payment.
