AI/ML Engineer with Agentic AI Experience – Requirement

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Machine Learning, and Python-based software development.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong focus on Generative AI/LLM applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization.
• Experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, and Gemini.
• Experience with zero-shot, few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, self-consistency, prompt chaining, decomposition, and verification strategies.
• Experience developing Agentic AI workflows, AI agents, tool/function calling, and conversational AI/chatbots.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, tokenization, context windows, evaluation, safety, guardrails, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience building RAG applications using embeddings, vector databases, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
• Experience with FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, or other vector databases.
• Experience with Machine Learning model development, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and YAML.
• Experience integrating LLM/AI solutions into production applications.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and experiment tracking.
• Knowledge or experience with Computer Vision projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and software engineering skills.
