Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and design documents.
- Support project teams with design development and construction documentation.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for modeling and drafting.
- Conduct research on building codes, materials, and design standards.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers and designers.
- Assist with presentation materials for clients and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Architecture or Architectural Engineering program (junior or senior level preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of building systems and construction processes.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE codes and standards is a plus.
- Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape) is beneficial.
