VidaSana Wellness is a health and wellness technology company building an AI-powered marketplace that connects individuals with trusted providers across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness services. Our platform is designed to improve access to holistic care by combining human connection with intelligent AI systems that personalize the wellness experience and help users make informed, proactive health decisions.

We are currently in an active development and fundraising phase, preparing to bring our MVP to market and scale our platform. As a company, we operate in a fast-moving environment where execution, adaptability, and ownership are essential. We are building a team of individuals who are not only technically strong but also mission-driven, resourceful, and capable of contributing to the company’s long-term vision, including strategic growth, partnerships, and investor relations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead VidaSana’s technical direction.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for owning the architecture, development, and execution of our technology platform. The CTO will work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a critical role in building, scaling, and launching our AI-powered wellness marketplace.

This position is currently unpaid; however, it includes the opportunity for equity participation based on contribution, performance, and long-term commitment.

We are looking for someone who is not only a technical builder but also a strategic partner who can contribute to the company’s growth, including leveraging professional networks and potential investor relationships to support fundraising efforts and equity participation in the venture itself.

This is a role for someone who wants to help shape the company and is motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the technical architecture and development of the VidaSana platform
  • Drive completion and execution of the MVP and product roadmap
  • Oversee mobile and web development (React Native, Expo, Supabase, APIs)
  • Make key technical decisions related to scalability, infrastructure, and system design
  • Manage and guide developers, interns, and technical contributors
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on product strategy and execution
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools and systems to improve product and development efficiency
  • Ensure system security, performance, and reliability
  • Support technical input for fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic planning
  • Contribute to building a strong technical foundation for long-term company growth

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field

Compensation & Commitment

  • This is currently an unpaid position
  • Equity opportunities are available based on contribution, performance, and long-term involvement
  • Full-time commitment is strongly preferred due to the level of responsibility and ownership required
  • This role requires a high level of engagement, accountability, and consistency
