Pay Range
$28.82 – $45.35 per hour

About the Role
Support production by maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (24VDC–480VAC), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Read and interpret prints and schematics
- Support PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), robotics (ABB), and automation systems
- Assist with equipment installs and improvements
- Document work and communicate across teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Interest in maintenance, automation, or manufacturing
AND one of the following:
- Associate degree (Electromechanical, Electrical, Automation)
- Journeyman card
- OR 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Preferred Skills
- Mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics/hydraulics
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
Work Environment
- Industrial setting (loud environment)
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work at heights, confined spaces, and extended standing
Training & Growth

- Growth into Lead or specialized maintenance roles
