Entry-Level Electrical Engineer – Navy Launch Systems

Interested in hands-on engineering work that supports real-world Navy systems?

NSWCDD is seeking entry-level engineers to support the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced launcher and electrical systems used by the U.S. Navy. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on projects involving electronics, circuit boards, system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical problem solving.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support engineering and testing efforts for Navy launcher systems
  • Assist with electrical hardware and PCB-related tasks
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Review and update engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and testing teams
  • Participate in technical meetings and project coordination activities

Desired Skills

  • Recently completed a degree in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Computer Engineering
    • Systems Engineering
    • Related STEM field
  • Interest in electronics, hardware systems, or PCB design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
