Engineering Support Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Support Technician to assist our structural engineering team with project coordination, drawing review, and technical documentation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers and project teams to support the design and development of structural systems used across agricultural, commercial, and industrial industries.

Responsibilities include participating in project meetings, reviewing construction and shop drawings, organizing project documentation, assisting with structural design tasks, and helping gather data for engineering reports and calculations. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world engineering projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication and problem-solving skills who are comfortable managing multiple tasks. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla, or similar modeling software is preferred, along with knowledge of building construction and modern manufacturing processes.
