Associate Process Engineer

As an Associate Process Engineer, you’ll help optimize the manufacturing processes that bring our investment‑cast components to life. You’ll work closely with production teams to understand how wax, shell, casting, and post‑cast operations come together—and how to make them even better.

What You’ll Do…
- Increase process reliability by supporting the development and refinement of manufacturing methods across wax, shell, cast, and finishing operations.
- Improve production flow by helping evaluate workstations, tooling, and methods to reduce variation and simplify operations.
- Boost efficiency and yield through data‑driven insights that highlight improvement opportunities.
- Support problem‑solving efforts by participating in root‑cause investigations and helping implement corrective actions.
- Advance continuous improvement by contributing to LEAN activities that reduce waste and enhance throughput.

Who You Are… 
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or similar).
- Interest in hands‑on process development and learning how manufacturing systems operate.
- Basic understanding of materials, heat transfer, and manufacturing technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

 

Must be willing to work and live in the Greater Manchester New Hampshire area
