Looking to take your manufacturing programming skills to the next level? We’re hiring a hands-on problem solver who thrives on improving performance, efficiency, and quality across automated equipment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Program & optimize robotic welders, lasers, press brakes, and CNC equipment
• Improve cycle times, material yield, and overall throughput
• Troubleshoot programming issues and support production in real time
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
• Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
• Standardize processes, documentation, and programming practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with CNC/automation programming (robotic welding, lasers, press brakes, etc.)
• Strong blueprint reading and manufacturing knowledge
• Background in CAM, nesting software, or machine programming platforms
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

💡 Preferred:
• 3+ years of programming experience in manufacturing
• Technical training or hands-on experience in automation/CNC
