Transportation Planning Engineering Specialist
STV seeks an experienced and motivated Transportation Planning Engineering Specialist to lead support multi-disciplinary teams in successfully delivering transportation infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation teams to deliver transit projects.
- Planning, designing, developing, and delivering capital infrastructure projects for local and regional transit and transportation clients.
- Participating in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients.
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners.
- Preparing fee proposals, negotiating with clients, and reviewing contracts.
- Serving as the primary client liaison and managing project teams to successfully deliver projects within the established scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transportation Planning or Accounting is required.
- Experience working with MTA, Amtrak, FRA, NECC, a plus
- Experience with Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act (PRIIA 2012) and cost allocation may be required
- A minimum of 3 or more years of relevant planning, design, and project management experience on transit infrastructure projects is preferred.
Compensation Range:
$79,979.92 - $91,405.62
