Electromechanical Robotics Test Engineer
- Support testing of electromechanical and robotic medical‑device systems.
- Assist with daily test setups involving fixtures, sensors, software, instruments, and tissue materials.
- Learn to operate robotic test equipment, mechanical testers, motion systems, and DAQ tools.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and tissue‑interaction tests.
- Develop hands‑on skills: alignment, measurement, fixture setup, sample handling.
- Record test data accurately following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Troubleshoot issues involving wiring, actuators, sensors, software setup, or mechanical alignment.
- Prepare data summaries, plots, and observations for reports.
- Gain cross‑training across mechanical, electrical, and materials testing.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s students from Engineering / Computer Science / Biomedical backgrounds who are willing to take up this role.
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and willingness to work hands‑on.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in robotics, automation, or testing environments.
