EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
Currently a candidate for a Master's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field in an accredited school in the United States.
Your responsibilities
As a Co-Op, you will be part of a dynamic team developing, testing, and supporting innovative hardware and software systems. In this role, you will:
- Analyze, design, and test integrated hardware/software solutions based on customer requirements, contributing to product enhancements and bug resolutions.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by diagnosing hardware/software problems and recommending corrective actions.
- Support the planning and implementation of technical requirements, including controlled software/hardware production releases and updates.
- Apply quality standards and participate in process improvements and documentation for product evolution and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical knowledge and informal guidance to peers and support teams.
Your skills and experience
- Strong programming skills in Python/Any other automation tools.
- Knowledge in Hardware/Middleware/Software development cycle.
- Exposure to Networking, Security Protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and experience supporting software/hardware release cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality standards and interest in contributing to process improvement and technical documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide peer-level guidance when needed
It would be nice if you also had:
- Previous Nokia intern or co-op experience.
