Entry Level Process Engineer

Responsibilities 

Manage procedures and specifications to optimize equipment and process stability and control 

Implement continual improvement programs for process performance including quality, throughput, cost and yield 

Collaborate with support systems (chemical delivery, facilities, etc.) to optimize process performance 

Defining type and use of SPC charts 

Develop process specifications for assigned equipment and processes 

Assist development and qualification of new product. 

Writing TECNs for special production/engineering requirements 

Support correlation and qualification efforts for new business 

Conduct data analysis using statistical methodologies 

Troubleshoot processes and equipment issues 

Perform other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or related discipline 

Knowledge of 6-Sigma methodologies and LEAN Manufacturing 

Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Strong ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently 

Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and report findings 

Ability to work well with others and manage relationships within the workplace 

Experience with CAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, and computer programming languages is desired 

Work Environment 

Environmental or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of the job. 

General office environment.
