Project Manager

Job Description

Programming.com is seeking a Project Manager with a Computer Science or technical background to support and manage technology projects in a client-facing IT services environment. This role is on-site and requires close collaboration with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.

Locations: San Jose, CA | Los Angeles, CA | New York, NY (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate with software engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items

Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports

Support Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models as required

Participate in internal and client project meetings

Ensure alignment with delivery processes and client expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

Experience or academic exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Must be able to work on-site at one of the listed locations
