Position Title: Civil Designer
Compensation Range: $53,200 to $98,800
Location: Naperville, IL

The Opportunity

The Designer will work closely with other members in Engineering to support the design of specific equipment using pre-engineered subcomponents in each product family. The role will entail designing assemblies as directed. Core product line support will be in structural members and design.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently within established design procedures, equipment portfolios and templates to develop project specific equipment designs or configurations meeting customer requirements.
• Work with an Application Designer or Engineer to provide appropriate solutions.
• Track changes in equipment designs throughout the approval process.

Qualifications:

• Required Associate/Certification of Science OR of Technology in Drafting/Designing.  Civil discipline with structural emphasis is preferred.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Understanding in the use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
• Established in 3D modeling software (CAD)
• Comfortable using complex file systems and Engineering Product Data Management (EPDM) systems
  • Annual bonus plan
