Who We Are:
Arc Building Partners is seeking motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Preconstruction Interns to join our team for the upcoming term. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how construction projects come to life—from concept to bid—and gain real experience working alongside industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Preconstruction Intern, you will support our estimating and project planning teams on real projects. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with quantity take-offs and cost estimating using drawings and specs
- Supporting bid solicitation efforts with subcontractors and vendors
- Helping prepare and organize bid packages and proposal documents
- Attending pre-bid meetings and site visits when applicable
- Maintaining project documentation, logs, and file systems
- Researching materials, vendors, and historical cost data
- Using industry-standard tools (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Excel)
- Collaborating with estimators, project managers, and field operations
- Supporting special assignments from your Supervisor

Who We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong interest in preconstruction or the commercial building industry
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with reading construction drawings is helpful
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools is a bonus
