Data Analyst I

A rapidly expanding technology company in the U.S. is seeking a Data Analyst I to join its growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data to drive meaningful insights and business growth. This role is perfect for someone eager to transform data into actionable intelligence and collaborate across departments to support high-quality, data-driven decisions.

Role:
🔹 Support initiatives focused on data integrity, normalization, and accuracy.
🔹 Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to visualize trends and KPIs.
🔹 Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
🔹 Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and product managers to define metrics and reporting requirements.
🔹 Troubleshoot and maintain reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
🔹 Train end-users on new analytics tools and reports.
🔹 Design scalable data solutions to meet future business needs.

Requirements:
💼 Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar).
💼 2–3 years of experience working with large datasets and analytics platforms.
💼 Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Einstein Analytics).
💼 Strong understanding of statistical methods and business KPIs.
💼 Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, and Bitbucket is a plus.
💼 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
💼 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
