Biomedical (Field Service) Engineer

Diamond Diagnostics is a domestic & international manufacturer and service provider of medical device instrumentation and supplies with clients throughout the United States, Canada and 100 countries globally. we are seeking a biomedical (Field Service) Engineers based in Miami, Chicago, Richmond, and Atlanta to cover the immediate and neighboring regions, metro and surrounding territories. Diamond Diagnostics, with headquarters outside Boston, is seeking energetic and pragmatic individuals with good communication skills, self-confidence, and a can-do attitude.

Microbiology
Responsibilities:

Develop technical expertise in various clinical diagnostic analyzer user operations and service
Perform Installation and training for Clinical Laboratory Analyzers
Perform Analyzer Maintenance and Repair directly at laboratory sites
Proactively respond to potential issues to minimize down-time for clients
Diagnose and Resolve Product Performance Issues
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Maintain electronic and written communication and service records
Qualifications:

BS or MS Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Previous Field Service Experience Required
Must have Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
Clinical Device Experience Preferred
Proficiency in Electro-Mechanical Repair
Proficiency in Interpreting Schematics and Technical Documentation
Clinical Device Experience Preferred
Beckman, Roche, Sysmex, Quidel, Ortho, Abbott, Siemens, Stago, Instrumentation Laboratory, Radiometer, Tecan, Thermo Fisher, Cepheid, Hologic, Grifols Preferred Experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
