What You'll Do:

As an Associate Utility Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our medical device safety protocols. Your meticulous cleaning and disinfection work ensures that biomedical equipment meets the highest standards of safety before reaching healthcare facilities and ultimately, patients.

In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll:

• Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of critical biomedical devices using specialized techniques
• Contribute to regulatory excellence by maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork that directly supports patient care
• Help maintain a spotless, secure workplace environment
• Meet productivity goals that drive our mission forward

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm

Compensation:

Starting hourly rate of $17.00/hour.

Utility Technicians are eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive plan and can earn even more with a 2.5% target in incentive pay!

What You Bring to the Team:

• You're a recent graduate or early in your technical career (0-1 years’ experience welcome!)
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfort wearing personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, gowns)
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Adaptability and willingness to assist where needed
• Commitment to our McKesson i2Care and iLead principles
